so my mum was bored yesterday and googled about japanese language and stuff, because she is still against me studying this and she found on charles university website, that studying japanese is not recommended for people with very bad eyesight and…
Hahaha why isn’t she happy about it?I mean learning a new language is a huge advantage for when you will be looking for a job!
The more,the better!
I’m thinking of starting a 4th foreign language next year! ^_^
Because the only foreign language she approves is German and can’t over the fact my years of being good in German are over.. :D
Which language you want to learn? :3
Really?!Gosh,German is a very difficult language…What’s your native language?!Uhmm although I used to cringe when I heard someone speak languages like German,Dutch (they’re sound quite harsh to my greek ears) after visiting Amsterdam I thought of learning Dutch :3 It sounds like German but it must be easier.Or Irish…Or Norwegian idk idk so many choises :3
well my native language is czech, but since my grandpa had family that moved to germany and my mum used to go there a lot, she got too biased for this country and the language - that’s why me and my older sister have also germanic names. xD German is really hard and I kinda hate it, because how my mum pushed me to learn it…
Woah~ those are really interesting choices :) well I’ve heard Irish is really beautiful, but good luck with whatever language you choose ^^ learning new languages is always fun.
oooh thaaaat’s why!!I see..Oh gosh I think you have already told me you’re Czech because I had told you that I have a friend who studies in Brno :) Czech must be a difficult language too, just pronouncing those words is difficult enough for me :p And that friend of mine although she has been living there for the past 2 years she only knows the basic words like ‘thank you’ etc I also have a friend who is half Greek half Czech (he looks 100% Czech though so he’s damn hot) and he makes fun of me by speaking in Czech so that I don’t understand a word :p
I know someone told me about having a friend in Brno, but totally forgot it was you OTL well if that friend will be mean on you, I can punish him with speakin to him in one czech dialect even people living in Prague have hard time to understand :D
I think Czech is hella hard. I have no idea why there are people who are willing to torture themselves and learn this language xD how about Greek? Even thought we use the greek letters in math, the alphabet looks hard :D
If all the boys there are like my friend I’m more than willing to learn Czech and move there xD Greek…is…uhm…let’s just say that I feel SO lucky & blessed for being born Greek for the mere fact that I can speak Greek..otherwise I don’t know if I would ever have the courage to learn such a language…and let’s not talk about Ancient Greek…it makes Modern Greek look like a child’s play.My friend’s mother who is Finnish has been living in Greece for the past…25 years (?) and she still ain’t fluent in it.
well i guess czech men are quite good :D
25 years and still not fluent? woah~ now i can picture how hard Greek is :D I can’t even imagine how hard ancient greek was if the modern greek is a child’s play as you say. o_O
but I must say Greece overall really is a nice place :) I unfortunatelly wasn’t there yet, but I hope one day I’ll be able to see Athens and the beautiful sea ^^
Oh you should definately visit an island :) They’re all beautiful,if you know ofc where to go,and make a great summer destination if you can stand the heat & the mosquitoes :p Central Athens is worth visiting but it’s only beautiful side are the tourist spots. The rest of Athens is dirty, depressing and completely abandoned of any type of care. :p
